For accessories, peripherals and other equipment for which Bestnet Ghana Limited. is not authorized as a dealer, Bestnet guarantees the availability of qualified personnel to provide after sales support and maintenance/repair services required. By continued analysis of the market we hold stocks to accommodate both current and future demands in computers and accessories, bulk cable connectors, cable assemblies, intelligent hubs, spares etc.

BESTNET GHANA : TECHNICAL OPERATIONS SET UP

The department is staffed by a team of highly trained Systems and Electronic /Computer Engineers with long experience in the installation, maintenance and servicing of all equipment sold by Bestnet as well as 3rd party equipment marketed by other vendors to customers in Ghana. The department offers total maintenance and support services to all our customers. Services offered includes:

 

Hardware installation and commissioning

Network Installation and System Integration

 

 

Periodic maintenance and repair/replacement work as part of the warranty administration program for all products sold to the maximum extent offered by our manufacturers.

 

Timely preventive maintenance program to all end-users for all installed computer equipment. Customers are thus assured of adequate and reliable service of their equipment on an on-going basis.

 

Fault Call Administration to customer. Service response time to customers is 2 hours within the Accra-Tema Metropolis and 24 hours elsewhere. This is due to the improved mobility of service/maintenance personnel.

 

 

 

 

Electrical Installation Works associated with Computer Equipment, Peripherals and Hard-wiring of UPS Clean Power Supply. Network and Multi-user Cable works in Multi-Floor and Multi-Block Building, including cable laying and termination for coaxial cables, UTP (Unshielded twisted pair) and fibre optics cables.

 

IBestnet offers a total maintenance service for every aspect of equipment, cabling and connectors supplied. This service can be tailored to suit individual customer‘s requirements from standard maintenance contract arrangement to an engineer stationed on the customer’s premises. We further provide a service in maintaining the cable management system, as well as equipment leasing, movement, upgrades and changes. Bestnet is committed to provide the highest levels of Customer Service and Support for all computers, printers and other third party products and accessories supplied. Presently Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Limited and Ecobank Ghana Limited have Contracted Bestnet to Man their IT and Telecomm department. Bestnet offers a complete Information Technology solution package for your needs.
